Immunofluorescence assay (IFA)

Immunofluorescence is a technique using fluorescence microscope and is used primarily on microbiological samples. This technique uses the specificity of antibodies to their antigen to target fluorescent dyes to specific biomolecule tarbets within a cell, and there fore allows visualisation of the sample. Immunofluorescence is a widely usede example of immunohistochemistry that makes use of fluorophores to visualise the location of the antibodies.

EVL Immuno Fluorescent Assay

Component flexibility
Different laboratories have different needs.Flexible EVL kits nd components address all IFA requirements. Certain labs perform high througput runs on single substrates while others prefer to compare reactions on multiple substrates simultaneously. Kits are configured to meet various testing algorithms on testing throughput. The cell culture and tissue section slides are available in single and multiple substrate COMVITM formats. In addition, an extensive set of EVL controls and conjugates are povided, built into kit configurations and as EVL components sold separately.
